How to Bulk Import Rounded Multi-Currency Prices in Shopify Markets with DataEase?

Last updated on Oct 18, 2025

We're using Shopify Markets to set up different currencies for our customers. There are two options when managing exchange rates. Either a Dynamic one that changes currencies automatically, or Manual one, where we set the exchange rates. However, none of these options work for us, because our goal is to have nicely rounded final prices. We want to simply import the prices in bulk for each currency using DataEase. How can we do that?

To import nicely rounded prices for each currency using DataEase, you can follow these steps:

  1. Export Your Products with Market Pricing:

   - Use DataEase to export your products, including the market-specific pricing columns. Make sure to select the columns for Price / and Compare At Price / for each market you have set up.

   - For detailed steps on exporting, check out this tutorial: https://DataEase.app/tutorials/bulk-update-shopify-product-pricing-by-markets/#1ExportShopifyproductswithMarketpricing.

  1. Edit the Exported File:

   - Open the exported file in Excel or a similar spreadsheet application.

   - Locate the columns for each market's pricing and manually enter the rounded prices you want for each product variant.

   - Ensure that the Included / column is set to TRUE for the markets you want the products to be available in.

  1. Import the Updated File:

   - Save your changes and ensure the sheet/tab name remains as “Products”.

   - Go back to the DataEase app and upload your updated file in the Import section.

   - Verify that the app correctly detects the import as Products and that the product count is correct.

   - Start the import process to update your Shopify store with the new prices.
