How can i remove sold out products?

To remove sold-out products from your Shopify store using DataEase, you can follow these steps to bulk hide them:

1. Export Products:

• Use DataEase to export your products with the columns: ID, Handle, Status, and Total Inventory Qty.

• Apply a filter to export only products with Status: Active.

2. Edit the Exported File:

• Open the exported file and filter the Total Inventory Qty column to show only products with a quantity of 0.

• Remove any rows where the inventory is greater than 0.

• Change the Status column for the remaining products to Draft. This will effectively hide them from your store.

3. Import the File:

• Save the edited file and import it back into Shopify using DataEase. This will update the product status to Draft, hiding the sold-out products from your store.
