1. Default Behavior: By default, DataEase does not send email notifications to customers when importing orders.
However, it's always good to double-check.
2. Check Import File: Ensure that the import file does not have any columns that would trigger notifications.
Specifically, make sure the "Send Receipt" column is not set to TRUE.
3. Disable Staff Notifications: To prevent staff notifications, go to Admin -> Settings -> Notifications in your
Shopify admin and disable the "Staff order notifications".
4. Test Import: Import a few orders first to ensure no notifications are sent. You can check the "Order timeline" at
the bottom of the order page in Shopify Admin to see if any notifications were triggered.
5. Analyze Integrations: Make sure no other apps or integrations in your store are set to send out emails when orders
are created or updated.
